Bicycle Repair Services
Good Karma Bikes: Your Community Bicycle Resource We are proud of being voted Silicon Valley’s Best Bike Shop 10 years in a row.
We are not a commercial bike shop—we’re a nonprofit bicycle-based community center, similar to a bike thrift shop. Our mission is to help you maintain your bicycle as an affordable, safe, and healthy transportation option.
Visit us for quick, essential repairs to get your bike back on the road. We do not specialize in vintage bikes or cutting-edge component services. For these needs, we recommend visiting a commercial bike shop because they do.

Bicycles for Sale
How We Get Our Bikes
We receive donated bikes from shops, manufacturers, universities, public offices, and individuals just like you! We refurbish these bikes for resale and granting. We average 1.5 bikes granted per day.
How We Price
GKB offers prices similar to those you will find online and in other second-hand bike shops, but we offer something they don’t… our low price includes all parts and labor needed to refurbish your bicycle.
We stand behind our workmanship 100%
Visit Facebook for sales, specials and updates.

Free Children’s Bicycles
We encourage children who need a bike, to come get one. At Good Karma Bikes, children’s bikes are always free (up to 20″). For a child, a bike represents a sense of freedom and independence. Studies show increased physical activity prevents childhood obesity and diabetes. It also improves sleep, leading to better grades and ability to focus.
Please keep in mind, our free 20″ bikes tend to fit children between the ages of 3-8. Need a larger bike? We sell safe, reliable, refurbished bikes for the lowest prices around. There is a limit of one bike per child, and the child must be present to receive a bike. Free bikes are first come first serve, we cannot hold or reserve them. We are constantly restocking our inventory, so if you don’t find what you are looking for that day, come back the next week. To receive a free bike please come in to see us Wednesday-Sunday during our regular retail hours.
We do suggest a $20 donation to support the great work we do in the community- providing affordable transportation for those in need. If you are unable to donate we just ask that you pay it forward and do something nice for someone else.
