Job Summary: Annual Giving and Marketing Manager

The Annual Giving and Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for driving fundraising efforts, donor engagement, and external communications to build strong relationships with supporters. This role will develop and execute strategies for annual giving campaigns, manage donor-centric communications, and enhance corporate and community engagement. The Coordinator will also oversee marketing initiatives to generate demand and awareness, boost donor participation, and elevate the organization’s profile.

Key Responsibilities:

Fundraising and Donor Communications

◦Develop compelling donor-centric stories for newsletters, websites, and campaigns.

◦Steward and manage fundraising and friend-raising events.

◦Build and implement annual giving strategies, focusing on donor segmentation, recurring giving programs, and donor transitions.

Corporate and External Engagement

◦Foster relationships with corporate partners and manage community engagement events.

◦Execute pull marketing campaigns to engage local businesses and supporters.

Marketing and Communications (MarCom)

◦Develop demand generation strategies using digital advertising, targeted marketing, and social media.

◦Oversee Google AdWords campaigns and manage content for program marketing.

◦Lead efforts in testimonial acquisition and content generation for marketing pushes.

Administrative and Data Management

◦Process gifts and manage donor data, ensuring timely acknowledgement and follow-ups.

◦Track and analyze marketing metrics to optimize campaigns.

◦Maintain the organization’s website, ensuring timely updates and content accuracy.

◦Respond to reviews and general GKB email inquiries

Salary Range: $65-$75K DOE.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fundraising, marketing, or donor relations.

• Strong storytelling, writing, and communication skills.

• Experience in managing annual giving campaigns and donor segmentation.

• Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and analytics tools.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively with nonprofit partners and volunteers.
